Returns Policy

You can return orders to us at your own cost provided you do so within 14 working days of receipt. All items returned must be new, unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Goods or parts which have been improperly handled or shipped or which have been subject to abuse, misuse, accident, alterations, neglect, improper or inadequate maintenance, unauthorised repair or improper installation are not covered by this warranty. Seller will make the final determination as to the existence or cause of any alleged defect. No warranty is made with respect to custom equipment or goods produced to Buyers custom contract for such custom goods.

Return of goods made by you outside this period will not be accepted by us and will be returned to you at your expense.

You must return items at your own cost.

We cannot accept responsibility for missing returns that have been lost in the post. It is therefore advised you use a tracked service. Please allow up to 5 working days from the date we receive your return for your account to be credited.

All Personalised items are excluded from our 14-working-day approval period. We will only refund Personalised items should we have made a mistake such as a spelling mistake to your product. It is your responsibility to ensure you have typed all information correctly while placing your order.

If you have made a mistake we regret we are unable to refund or replace items.

If we have made an error the goods must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is given.

You must notify us of any errors on our part as soon as possible but within 7 days of receipt. Any mistakes not reported within this time will not be refunded.

You must post items back at your own cost and we will refund the cost to you once we have received them. Please allow 5 working days from the date we receive them back for all refunds to be processed.
